Why is Action Planning
So Difficult?

An agile approach to acting on employee feedback

INTERACTIVE VIRTUAL SEMINAR & PANEL DISCUSSION
March 11, 2021 - Virtual Event for Florida based HR Executives

Participants will receive a gift card for lunch with a matching donation made to Feeding Florida.
While most organizations today are leveraging employee engagement surveys, 80% of leaders don't believe their programs are driving meaningful change. This signals something is fundamentally wrong with how we have been approaching employee feedback. During these changing times, there is a great opportunity to reimagine traditional survey events and action plans and instead, adopt a scalable and sustainable approach to using employee feedback to fuel change.

In this virtual seminar led by organizational development expert Bryan Dobkin, Senior People Science Consultant at Glint, you will learn how to design a measurement strategy that empowers managers to not only listen to feedback, but do something with it.

Following the seminar, join your peers for an interactive live panel discussion and Q&A led by employee engagement experts from all over Florida. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss how leaders are reimagining the workplace in light of the continuation of COVID-19, hear first-hand stories from the past year, and share with those who are interested in a new approach to taking action to improve employee engagement.

During this interactive seminar and panel, you will:

  • Understand the importance of shifting the mindset around who owns employee engagement results and the simple signals you may be sending that confuse ownership and accountability
  • Learn how you can help managers understand where to focus and outline a simple action-taking process aligned to company strategy (hint: it's not about a cumbersome action plan!)
  • Discover how your role as an HR professional transforms from administrative to strategic when managers are empowered
  • Discuss with peers how they are reimagining the new world of work to support your people today and prepare them for tomorrow
