Jennifer Stoll is a Senior People Science Consultant at Glint. Prior to joining Glint, she spent almost 20 years at companies including CEB, Gartner, and CultureIQ where she worked closely with organizations to develop transformational listening programs. Jennifer has partnered with organizations in a variety of industries, including insurance, financial services, pharmaceuticals, retail, and technology, including more than 20 members of the Fortune 500. Her extensive experience in the employee survey industry has made her a trusted partner to both C-suite executives as well as Boards of Directors, who value the expertise and insight she brings to each customer engagement. Jennifer has presented at numerous professional webinars and conferences on topics including culture, agility, and employee experience; most recently, she co-authored a book chapter focusing on measuring employee preferences. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and her MBA in Managerial and Organizational Behavior from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. She lives in Kansas City, Missouri.
